ADAM DITSKY, CPA

Adam Ditsky, a NYS licensed CPA, has 20+ years of experience providing tax, business advisory, accounting, business management and CFO services in sophisticated and diverse business environments. Built upon a 50-year family legacy of providing these same services, Adam uses his skills to help entrepreneurs, small businesses and individual taxpayers increase their bottom line. Adam does not usually speak about himself in the third person but if there was ever a place to do so, this seems like the one.

STUART DITSKY, CPA

Stuart’s Story, Really Abridged (even more information available upon request).

Stuart Ditsky, a NYS licensed CPA with a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Taxation, has 50+ years of experience providing complex tax, business advisory, accounting, trust and estate accounting and business management services in complicated business environments. Stuart began his career at Eisner & Lubin as a junior CPA and went on to become the Senior tax Administrator at Sun Chemical. From there, he was recruited to be the Director of Tax Compliance at CBS, Inc. Stuart started his own practice, Stuart A Ditsky, CPA PC, in the mid 1970s where he grew the business until it merged into Prager Metis CPA LLC, a top US CPA firm, in 2017. After an amicable separation, Stuart joined Adam at Ditsky Strategic early in 2021 where he continues to work on complex tax issues, business management and accounting for high net worth individuals and businesses. On the side, Stuart (and Adam) produces Broadway and off-Broadway shows for some added excitement.
